The system innovatively adopts a flying vehicle as the sensor carrying platform, and collects two-dimensional and three-dimensional data to the server platform, which gives the interpretation results according to the image algorithm, artificial intelligence and other technical means. This product is adapted to the needs of train listing inspection operation in the parking lot.

 

Device Function

1. The data center uploads the results of the judgment and classification of the inspection content to the cloud computing platform, and with the arithmetic power and big data support of the cloud computing platform, the inspected model, location and inspection content are matched and judged, and the fault points of different classifications are identified through different deep learning algorithms. Different deep learning models are trained according to different car models and locations for faults that often occur at fault points to improve the recognition rate.

17. The cloud computing platform has a generalized deep learning detection model, which can identify and judge foreign objects such as plastic bags, animal carcasses, feces, bottles, pieces of paper and other household items under the car, and can detect the types of foreign objects to improve the recognition rate.

1. List inspection aircraft

The aircraft scans the top, side, interior and bottom of the vehicle waiting for inspection position by carrying binocular vision structured light measurement and other technologies, generates 3D point cloud and 2D high-definition images, and can visually inspect the vehicle listed in the parking lot, including deformation, missing, loose fasteners, foreign object invasion, etc., and can realize the dimensional measurement of key components.

3 Flight control and data processing center

It mainly consists of high-performance server, waypoint planning system, data transfer and storage system, information processing system, status monitoring system, abnormal alarm system, site monitoring system and manual control and other multi-systems together.

The processing center remotely controls and monitors the aircraft through WiFi6, and stores and analyzes the collected information data to complete the monitoring function.

Cloud computing services, providing arithmetic and algorithms used for detection, will shoot back the detection content identification classification and interpretation, to generate fault reports.
