1) Shaping trolley
The shaping trolley is the main body of the equipment, set up with 2 sets, together to complete the shaping operation of the same round pair.
The shaping trolley is mainly composed of walking device, axle box support device, execution parts, driving device, carrying frame assembly, electrical control system and hydraulic system.
2) Power supply system
The power supply system adopts pre-installed box type lithium iron phosphate battery pack, which is safe and reliable.
3) Network system
The network system adopts wireless WIFI type, the main hardware includes switch and AP, the network system can adopt the unified wireless network in the library, also can be built by the equipment manufacturer
Equipment set with multiple safety protection measures, mainly including electrical, mechanical and other aspects.
1) Electrical.
After stopping due to unexpected circumstances, the equipment will automatically reset before executing a new operation.
The electrical system is protected by overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit and overheating.
2) Mechanical aspects.
The main load-bearing parts of the equipment are designed with sufficient rigid strength redundancy to ensure the safety of the action.
The starting position of the moving parts are set with mechanical stops to prevent the equipment from accidentally willing to lose control of damage to the operator and the vehicle.

4) Communication interface
WIFI wireless network is required in the region, which can be set up using the wireless network in the library or the manufacturer.
